ESFRI symposium - The Future of the 21st Century Ocean: Marine Sciences and European Research Infrastructures
The 2011 ESFRI symposium, schedule to be held in Brest, France, from the 28th of June until the 1st of July 2011, aims to:
- identify the major challenges for marine science of this century,
- foster interactions between managers and users of the RIs, including sponsors, scientists, industry and stakeholders.
The symposium is organised in seven sessions and public and non-public parallel workshops:

JERICO: Joint European Research Infrastructure network for Coastal Observatories - New observing systems for VOS: from RECOPESCA to CANOE - Day 3
Euro-Argo: European component of a worldwide in situ global ocean observing system, based on autonomous profiling floats - Scientific presentations on EuroArgo - Day 3
