	About EUROFLEETS Calls for Ship-time European Virtual RV Platform Common and Sustainable use of RV Joint Research Activities Training and Education Partnership with Industry EUROFLEETS Products		Greening the Research Fleet: A UNOLS Sponsored Workshop 20/01/2012 EUROFLEETS in the UNLOS Greening the Research Fleet Workshop The UNOLS-sponsored workshop, held in Duke University, USA on January 10th and 11th, aimed to develop sustainability guidelines for oceanographic research vessels as well as, to exchange information and develop sustainability recommendations to use in the operation of existing ships and the design and construction of future vessels. The EUROFLEETS project was represented in the Greening the Research Fleet workshop through its partners Dre Cattrijsse from VLIZ and, Roland Rogers from NERC that had the opportunity to give a presentation entitled Greening the European research vessel fleet.
