Location
Girona, Spain

28 – 30 April 2014

NGCUV 2015 has two main aims. Firstly, to bring together key industrial and academic practitioners for discussions and demonstrations of recent advances in navigation, guidance, and control of unmanned underwater vehicles (UUV). Secondly, to provide a forum where experienced researchers can engage with each other and with postdoctoral students in order to share experiences and motivate new research agendas. In line with the current trend worldwide, special attention will be given to the challenging tasks of multiple vehicle cooperative navigation and control in the presence of stringent acoustic communication constraints, as well as non-conventional geophysical based navigation methods.

The International Program Committee cordially invites you to participate and submit your contribution in one of the proposed topics:

–       Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV) applications
–       System identification
–       Navigation and Control
–       Modelling and Simulation
–       Sensing and Estimation
–       Communications
–       Cooperative control under severe communication constraints
–       Fault detection and handling
–       Security applications
–       Environment monitoring and protection
–       UUV vision systems
–       Intervention UUVs
–       Inter-operability
–       Single and multi-vehicle applications
–       Commercial use: oil and gas exploration/operations, underwater construction, etc.

All submissions must be made electronically through the conference web site.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee. Authors of accepted papers must register for the workshop and submit camera ready papers.
