Eurofleets RI will have a robust management structure to ensure strategic oversight and excellence in all transnational access (TA), training, and networking and joint research activities in addition to act as the ERVO secretariat. A preliminary governance structure is proposed for this AISBL, similar to the governance structures of other existing AISBL Organisations (such as EuroGOOS, EMB and EUFAR).
The organisational structure of EUROFLEETS RI is illustrated above, showing the key components and their relationships within the Central Hub. In accordance with AISBL requirements, the General Assembly serves as the highest decision-making body of the association, while the Executive Board acts as the executive body responsible for implementing applicable laws and decisions made by the General Assembly. The Eurofleets RI Office coordinates central operations and liaises with ERVO, while the External Advisory Committee, Technical Working Groups, and Transnational Access Management Unit (including its Secretariat and Scientific Advisory Committee) support administrative, strategic, technical, and Transnational Access (TA) activities.
