Lead: M1. RBINS

  • Establish the Innovation Committee consisting of the beneficiaries participating in WP7
  • Establish the industry platform of all companies participating in Eurofleets+, to be led by one of the industrial participants following committee vote.
  • Refine the exploitation strategy and plan
  • Create the exploitation and innovation management procedures in line with principles agreed in the Eurofleets+ Consortium Agreement.
  • Provide training on exploitation, IPR, and innovation management and support to Eurofleets+ participants and teams, using e-tools.
