Lead: MI Coordinator and MI Project Office
M1-M48. Support the project consortium and ensure that all Eurofleets+ activities
and events are implemented to an excellent standard. Manage and distribute project resources. Manage and
facilitate effective project internal communication between participants and ensure collaboration and synergies
across WPs. Develop a gender action plan and monitor gender in the project. Organise and facilitate project
meetings. Ensure all project reports, including Deliverables, are submitted on time and in full. Manage any
conflicts utilizing the agreed process for dispute resolution. Update the Executive Committee and participants on
project progress aligned with Gantt Chart, highlighting achievement of Milestones, or flagging potential risks or
delays. Carry out all tasks related to proper execution of the EC contract and grant agreement, and act as main
