Lead: MI
M1-M48. Oversee the Eurofleets+ project over the 4-year timeframe and ensure excellence in all activities. Assess progress towards the overall project aim and specific objectives, using clear success indicators (see section 3.2). Invite and manage contributions from the External Advisory Board to ensure the Eurofleets+ remains highly relevant within a changing external landscape. In line with the strategy for EU international cooperation in research and innovation (COM (2012)497), Eurofleets+ will take account of any related international initiative and foster the use and deployment of global standards. Ensure effective collaboration within and across the Eurofleets+ project, and to external stakeholders, in particular through the networking activities, which will foster a culture of co-operation between research infrastructures, scientific communities, industries and other stakeholders, and ultimately help develop a more efficient and attractive European Research Area. Capture the learning and insights gained from the project and contribute to the foresight activities, including the legacy and roadmap, in order to help increase the likelihood of sustaining the Eurofleets+ platform beyond the lifetime of the project (working with WP8).
